"Ever Evolving"

When your designer is working on a project for you or your company, if that person is a good artist they will think about ways that your logo can be updated to keep up with changing times. When you have a piece that is associated with you or your business from time to time you want to change it up and make it more noticeable. The black and white sketch you see here is the first rendition that I made of my logo almost 25 years ago. The dropped z's and the capitol "W" as well as the lightning bolt through the "o" were all cutting edge designs in the day. We typically used the logo as a black printed outline and then the lightning bolt filled in with some wild color, usually a neon color. Over the years we have changed and modified the layout, but stayed pretty constant in the overall look of the artwork. The bottom piece is one of the ways I have changed the look but kept the design integrity. The movement that is achieved with the updated logo is something I like and will use from time to time while the color tint can be changed across the full spectrum from warm to cool at anytime. With a little forethought from your artist your logo can stay fresh for many years to come and stay the same as well. Enjoy!
