"No New Art"

I haven't designed, drawn or thought about art for almost a week. Trying to put a positive spin on a bad situation, the loss of a good friend, has been very time consuming. Listening to the many speakers at LL's funeral yesterday made me realize that the part of his life that I was involved in was actually a very small part. He was so active in his community, which by the way his community stretched worldwide, and giving of himself that it inspires me to do more. I already volunteer to help with Sokol swimming pool, Kiwanis Hamburger Day (scholarship fund) and the Cancer Memorial Golf Tournament. This pales in comparison to what Larry has done. We will all have to pick up the slack to fill the void left by his untimely passing. I want to say to Lil, Lori and Lisa that I was proud to know Him and to work side by side with Him and I hope to do more in the future. And to Dave if you are reading this where ever you are, you would have been proud the way the whole town turned out to say goodbye.
