"Stepping Back"

OK you art lovers, you know the drill. This is Saturday and we bring you another guest artist. Richard Rizzo, our guest this time, hails from Bushnell, Florida. I was drawn to his work when I saw his train photographs and then looked further and was really surprised with his diverse galleries. In his own words he describes this piece: "Stepping Back is a contemporary still life, the lines of the curved stairs take the viewers eyes from the subject  into the aging brick wall in the background and then back again. "Stepping Back" gets its name from the pitchers stepping back in order of height in the opposite direction of the stairs, shapes and textures add to its overall nuance."
