Automobile Paintings

If you look to the left of today's blog you will see another painting in my car series. This "Jaguar" is the third in the series of 12 and one of my favorites. It is in the collection of one of my oldest and dearest friends who is no longer with us - Kenneth Holland. Kenneth and Elizabeth were 2 of my supporters when I first started trying to sell and market my art. They purchased paintings from me and enabled me to make money, buy more supplies and paint more paintings. It is with the help of people like them and many others that I was able to continue my passion for painting and to also help others. In the old days I taught watercolor and drawing classes as well as one and two day clinics. When you teach you also learn. I hope to work in the future with other artists to bring you clinics through this blog as well as having guest artists. So stay tuned in and use this site to further your talents and your passion for art. We are also trying to arrange to have students from the local schools exhibit some of their art projects on this blog. Hope to have them real soon.
